What We Support

  • Nonprofits, schools, and community programs

  • Events promoting education, wellness, or youth development

  • Any organization or cause that, at the discretion of Aviana Controls, aligns with our mission, values, or areas of focus, subject to the availability of funds.

What We Don’t Support

  • Political campaigns or lobbying groups

  • Religious or faith-based activities

  • For-profit fundraising

  • Any organization or cause that, at the discretion of Aviana Controls, does not align with our mission, values, or areas of focus.

How to Apply

For a donation request to be considered, a donation request letter must be submitted to Aviana Controls at least 60 days prior to the event or cause. Donation request letters may be sent as an email attachment to info@avianacontrols.com or sent via postal mail to:

To be considered, the donation request letter must:

  • Be typed or written on an official letterhead of the requesting organization

  • Include the date of the request

  • Include the signature, printed name, and date the letter was signed

Additionally, the donation request letter must include the following information:

  • Name of the organization

  • Address of the organization

  • Website of the organization

  • Name of the primary contact

  • Phone number of the primary contact

  • Email address of the primary contact

  • Confirmation of 501(c)(3) status

  • Tax-exemption number

  • Federal Tax ID Number or EIN

  • Name of the event or cause

  • Date of the event or cause

  • Description of the event or cause

  • Type and amount of support requested

  • When, how, and where Aviana Controls will be recognized

  • Any additional information that may help Aviana Controls make a contribution decision
